Came across this thread when i was looking for one myself, I've ended up going with a guy called patrick cassidy from http://www.sentenceappeal.co.uk . not sure if that's his personal site or for the chambers he works at but i got him from that 0845 number on the homepage he seems pretty good so far, friendly service and as said by others above there's no problem going the 'direct access' route

Think you'll struggle with this one, unless the garage was actually negligent then you'll not get far. i.e. if the floor was wet with rain then forget it. If it was slippy because there was petrol all over the place on the other hand, you might have a case

I can't even be bothered with it any more. Watching Tulisa try to squeeze a tear out at the weekend for someone she'll have forgotten by today was pathetic.

I would also recommend the open university route, it's an excellent and inexpensive teaching method

I found the portions to be pretty reasonable, depends how much you like to eat!
