i enjoyed concorde park putting and swings with my grandad ,lovely flowers and great blue bells for granny from the woods,great times in firth park again nice flowers ,great shops and sailing my boat on the pond ,then escasfield funfair , they lived on torksey road,sat 10.30am prompt off to the butchers,then the veg shop,then the co-op tub butter in them days, then home for lucazade and grandads guiness a full 1 pint bottle ,these were delivered each week but only 7 you know ,church st hildas on sun,little else them days ,chippy fridays ,yes great days,speedway thursday and hillsbrough sat , then off for a week at nans in killamarsh great but different thats how it worked mon-fri as mum/dad worked ,if i moaned they always said well you get treats galore by us working ,but for the most great times,then back to school in greenhill until another holiday. but loved firth park bowling as well.yes great times.

anywhere else he would be locked up,its unfair hes allowed to play as theres to many full prisons in that country ,this is only my opinion ,what happens if he continues scoring there in games to win .and they stay up because of his goals.hes already making a big difference

great news about time scc ect helped this side of the city ,i know the lib/dems do there best,great news anyway my favourite park since the early 60s one of those that used a line to catch carp for the other pond with a look out for mr park keeper no harm to fish though as we wanted to catch them in our pond ,happy days,and finnally a bit to eat at the cafe and a lolly to walk home.
