Thanks, it is a postal requisition,I presume as it came in the post yesterday. The offence states 'assault by beating' although CCTV shows no one coming within 5ft of each other,no blows exchanged etc etc. the police obtained the CCTV themselves and originally said no further action was required on the original complaint.

See this is the thing, I am involved as I was there,so I should be called in for questioning at least. I will also be going to court with my mate for his defence,which means a day off work for me. It all seems strange,I was pretty sure you had to be arrested and charged for something,then you go to court if you want to plead not guilty. no one has been arrested or charged or even questioned:huh:

does this cost these days:confused::confused:

My bike lights run off a small watch style battery, I havn't changed the battery for around 2 years,how can a small 12v battery generate such a dazzling brightness that it blinds other road users, your talking trash:loopy:

It seems its CPS who have issued the court proceedings regarding assualt by beating,as I said neither of us have any knowledge of this.:help:

But if you have not been questioned or arrested for an offence,how can you be charged and tried in court:suspect:

Its a criminal one, He was initially questioned about a complaint regarding racist comments,which I know for a fact were fabricated as I was there at the time and have also been called into question. The police found absolutely no evidence of this after viewing CCTV,and said no further action was needed. He has now received a court date regarding assault by beating,although this has never happened and can clearly be shown to be untrue on CCTV.neither of us have had no questioning about an assault,no arrests or charges made. :huh:

A mate of mine has just received a court date appearance for an offence he hasn't even been questioned about,nor has he been arrested or charged with the offence. he was initially questioned for a totally different matter,although the police found no evidence and decided not to take the matter further. Am I being a bit naive,but do you need to be questioned at the very least-arrested and charged before a court appearance is set:confused:

It makes no difference what system we use use,if people want to find fault they will,the last customer I lost had their window cleaned by WFP since I started doing em 6 years ago,they never found fault until she was off work and at home for the first time and saw how we cleaned em rather than looking at the finished product. they told me it looked too easy for the price I charged,although she never had cause for complaint prior to this. she now she has the option of doing em herself,and seeing how easy it is:thumbsup:

Hi all,I'm after a bit of advice,which seem a bit dim to some. my electric under floor heating has stopped working and I've tried to test the current going through the floor mat,using a testing driver. This has been done with electric off obviously... The light on the driver comes on but then dims and eventually goes off,does this mean the current is not continual-meaning the mat is knackered,or is it because there is 12sqm worth of flooring(wire) to go through. I'm presuming it means the prior,but confused as to why it lights up in the first place:confused: Iv'e also tried a new sensor/probe,but this doesn't solve the problem cheers

I feel its getting that way, I am in no way racist and have friends and customers from all races and religions I am in no way religious:o:o with regards to the banning of the word 'christmas', it was all over the news a couple of years ago,I remember it started somewhere in Birmingham at first
