Hello there, I'm still looking for a house for my family, my husband and 1 year daughter..I was trying S6, S8 these areas but we couldn't find the one we like.. Now I'm trying to search the houses in Dronfiled and it seems really big houses out there with same budget..My question is I've seen some nice houses around station like Fairview Road, Snape hill crescent and Marsh avenue..the location is quite good I think...but all of sudden I thought too many houses are out on market at the same point? Is there any problem around this area? If anybody know, please advise me~

Hmm..Well the country where I'm from, we do wipe and vacuum the floor every day..well nearly..^^;; so I don't mind doing that as long as we can keep the clean house..The main problem of carpet for me is I can't wipe it out when food is being dropped off..Just difficult to clean by myself..
