i went to huntsman gardens junior school from 1956 i remmember using the swimming baths also slipper baths,Mr Mettom was the swimming instuctor,i learn to swim @ the baths i used to get in free to clean the bath sides for Jack who was to old to clean the bath sides. I also you to swim and train with Kevin Burns who went on to win a bronze medal @ the olympics cant remmember what year

only went roll skating few times still got the scars to prove it

Hi Roy Davenport i was the speed skating captain from 68/70 i went on to be the first skater to represent england in sheffield i also used to arrange all the trips for speed skating to all other rinks,i stopped skating in 72.I married Lesley smith whoes mother was the cashier @ the heartbeat night club above the ice rink.
