  1. Looks like Tuesday night would work then. Shall we go with that then. 8ish?
  2. Any night next week is good with me except Monday. Pub suits me spot on.
  3. That sounds spot on. I don't know the pubs in Chapeltown but if you guys name one I'll see you there. Any night is usually good with me although best to avoid Wednesday and Sunday if at all possible. Good idea on the song lists too. I'll get one figured out.
  4. I'm definitely up for that. I've been playing a few songs by the Roses, the La's, the Coral and the like at the Castle Jam on a Sunday. I've been thinking about how to do Charlatans songs without organs for a while too. Certainly think that there is scope for sorting out a great playlist of tunes. I was in the Leadmill last night for The Enemy and the crowd were going mad singing along to tunes before the bad came on. Stuff like Kasabian, Verve etc.
  5. So that's two guitars, a singer and a drummer. Could be a goer here
  6. Nope, was let down by a no-shower a couple of weeks back. Definitely keen to try to get something going though
  7. We've chatted before about starting something. I'm still interested
  8. This sounds like a good idea. Exactly the kind of thing I've been thinking about. I'll PM you
  9. Hey up, I'm definitely interested in this. I'm a guitarist and heavily influenced by the Stone Roses and bands of that style and era. Certainly up for some jamming. Could you email me on jaffamatt@gmail.com and we could chat it over
  10. Hey up, is there anyone out there who fancies playing Ian, Mani or Reni to my John Squire and having a bit of fun setting up a Stone Roses tribute band? Doesn't have to be too serious at all but I'd really like to get together with some like-minded Roses fans and play some of their tunes. Preferably the 1989 era, Blackpool Ballroom gig set. Anyone fancy it? Send me a message. Cheers
  11. Could you provide some more information? What sort of music? How many are you? Your threads are a bit short so maybe not the most appealing to people
