Remember an article around 2 years ago which stated that the Barbel stocked originally had successfully bread in good numbers. Hopefully see larger barbel being caught as they compete for food, also spread further afield, known 4-5lb barbel to be coming out over last few years which is great for a river which has suffered the pollution the don has.
