  1. Hi, I have, The first world war Lord Kitchener 2 pound coin. I would like to get it valued but was wondering if anyone here could help first. I know it is a rare coin beacuse of the misprint. The side of the Queen's face, the writing around the coin is upside down. On ebay this coin is auctioning for £1,500 but I want a real evaluation on it. I have contacted the auction gallery place in Heeley and their expert will not be in Sheffield until November. I have contacted a few other places that were not that helpful. Anyone here any help please?
  2. Thank you. I don't think much has happened from it as the last time we went there they were the same. What is laughable is that when we was in the queue a receptionist barked at someone to sit down & fill in the form. The patient told her he had a bad back & found it difficult to. She ordered him to SIT DOWN because of confidentiality yet she was quite happy to talk about another patient & his illness quite loudly later on. Pot, kettle, black comes to mind How they get away with such behaviour is disgusting
  3. I have made a complaint their poor service re; reception staff but have not heard anything back. It is clear that there is a bad pattern in how they deal with the patients who go to the walk-in. I just hope management pick on this. It is not good enough & you do not wish to be treated in a bad way when you are poorly.
  4. I have been to the Walk-In with my Aunty 4 times over the past month. She is old & her memory is not great & her health. Reading previous posts not much has changed in relation to the reception staff. They make you feel unimportant & you are wasting there time. My Aunty is in her 80's her memory may not be good but she is not deaf. The manner that she was spoken to is just wrong & I agree there is no excuse to speak to anyone like this when they are poorly. We have been told why we did not attend our own GP surgery,it was the weekend?!? On another occasion we got called back & the receptionist was sayingthe problem that we had put on the form was not good enough. She then started to say it was not acceptable. When did the receptionists become the Dr. They gave us the impression that patients are just a nuisance. I felt sorry for the non-speaking English patients who were trying but the staff were just aggressive to them in there tone. I feel sorry for anyone who has to go to this place. I would not recommend it. The Medical staff who have helped my Aunty have been good but the reception staff are just awful. Very poor service imo.
  5. I agree, That was my impression of it. I will stick with my provider who are clear with their details rather than messing with clients. Thanks for your response.
  6. I did tell her that I had a router, yet she insisted that I would have to have theirs installed? Basically paying the £60.
  7. Hi, Yes really. I was at your Online event at the Town Hall two weeks ago (Wednesday) Jennifer Ellison was also their on behalf of Plusnet. I entered your prize draw. I was quite please that I had won the internet package but sadly that turned to dismay when I got a call from your colleague, R.Armstrong stating the above. She said to me that I would have to pay the £60 installation fee? as well as the £13.99 To me this is not a free internet package when you have to pay "extras" Fair enough, if you had advertised on your publicity for the draw *this is not including exclusions* but this is was not stated, it clearly stated *win free internet package for a year*which I would deem as false advertising. I have emailed Plusnet but have not had a reply as of yet. Kind regards,
  8. She might have been onto something there Surely, they could get done for false advertising?
  9. I recently won a free year worth of internet package from Plusnet. When it came to installing this I got a call from them saying that I would have to pay £13.99 per month (cable) for line rental & £60 one off payment to install the package. There was me thinking I had won a FREE! internet package. I have mailed them but as of yet have had not had any response back *surprise surprise* Has anyone else had any experience like this from them?
