Sorry for being a bit dim, but what point are you making here? you're telling me councils that have fortnightly bin collections haven't applied for government funding to stay/revert to weekly collections, even though the money is there?? Thats the reason for the question(re SCC)... why not??

1. Why are labour cutting weekly bin collections when the government has offered money to save them? 2. Whay are Labour cutting spending on road safety in places like Stannington but increasing it in their favoured areas of NE Sheffield? 3. Why are the Sheffield Labour lot campaigning against cuts when their leaders say they wont reverse any of them? Three great questions I think.
