anyone know any pubs or other venues that are doing a Halloween theme this year? all the events I've seen so far seem to be either for kids or clubbing for students. we just want a nice spooky pub with some Halloween music to sit in and be suitably scared not too far from city centre or somwhere near Abbeydale or Kelham would be easy enough

does anyone know a pub in Sheffield that does a Halloween theme? anyone used a company called Limestone Surfacing to tarmac a drive? they cmae round to ask if I wanted it resurfacing which I do, badly, and had company logo on van, business cards and quote sheet and have offered to do it for £850, but after reading stories about dodgy workmen doing rotten jobs i'm now wondering if i've done the right rthing in agreeing? they start Monday so need advice fast!

They came round and offered to do our drive which very badly needs it , for £850 - has anyone used them and could recommend them ?

I like Cubana but I would like to see the crowds in their costumes from wherver we are but will keep it in mind

Sportsman's good and central but used to be crap for beer - anyone been there recently could say what it's like now? generally prefer real ale or cider. LLoyds and is OK but are they doing any Halloween things? thanks for the help

anyone suggest a good pub to go to for Fright Night in the City centre that gets into the spirit of the night? used to go to Ruskins, but Crucible Corner last year didn't bother to join in at all and is outrageously expensive too. Like to sit at the windows and watch what goes on as i can't walk about for too long, and have a drink with a few friends. been trying to look up a list of participating pubs, but can't find any.. any suggestions?
