  1. I've had my Gmail account hacked that I have connected to Android linked to my bank. I can no longer log into play store and money totalling almost £60 has been taken from my bank on Japanese apps! I have been to the bank and had my card blocked so no more money can be taken and they told me to get it sorted through Google before I can claim the money back. But I can't seem to find any helpful information or contact details. And do I actually go through Google or would it be Android? I have tried re-setting my Gmail account, but the problem is, their security questions on the forms aren't really relevant to me and I cannot answer their questions. They just ask about emails, but I don't use my Gmail account for emails, just for the play store. Please someone help!
  2. Does anyone know if there are any stores in or near Sheffield that sells Rare Editions baby clothes or can you only get them online?
  3. Thanks for everyone's comments, feel a bit better now knowing its not just me x
  4. Every day when it comes to brushing my 11 month olds teeth, she kicks up the biggest fuss, kicking, screaming and tightly squeezing her lips together! I need advice on how to calmly get her to have her teeth cleaned. I physically have to hold her down, causing her lots of upset and it's heartbreaking to do, but it seems the only way! Please help!!
  5. Does anyone know, if at all possible, to restore clothes when dyed in the washer? I stupidly washed some jeans with my babys clothes and they have all gone a strangely disgusting yellowy green colour! Is there any product or trick to getting them back to their original colour?
  6. But what doesn't make sense to me is how can your payment free year be included in your interest free credit? How can you have interest on nothing?
  7. DFS pride themselves on their "4 years interest free credit with the 1st year payment free", but do people know EXACTLY what this means? This reads to me as you make no payment for a year then make equal payments for 4 years with no interest! Apparently not!! I know it's not just me that thinks this as I've spoken to several people who thought the same. I worked out how much I was paying each month to how much I paid for the settee and was confused when I seem to be paying £370.28 extra on a £1000 settee! When calling the creditors, I was advised that the "4 years interest free credit" included the 1st year you make no payments! Which means I am payin interest on my last re-payment year. I was never told this when i purchased the settee and this was confirmed by the person I bought the settee with. It may not seem much to some people, but an unexpected £370.28 taken from me in just one year is a big deal to me, especially with a young baby. Was anyone else aware that this is how this "deal" works?
  8. I went to an Italian restaurant a bit back and had as a starter fried baby squid tentacles. They were amazing and I would love to have them again, but I have no idea what the restaurant was called or where abouts it was (pretty bad I know). Does anyone know where I can buy them raw to cook at home? In or near Sheffield? I have had a look on the Internet and can so far only find one place that does them, but the price is extremely extravagant then there's about £8 shipping on top. I'm not wanting to spend that much!!
  9. I am helping my sister-in-law organise her wedding and am trying to come up with an idea for wedding favours, something that's different/unusual, something that is not the 'norm'. I'm browsing lots of Internet sites and my own imagination but am currently drawing a blank! Any suggestions/ideas would be very much appreciated!
  10. Never mind how people drive. What I believe is more frustrating is when you let someone out of a junction in front of you and you get no acknowledgment whatsoever!! It doesn't take an ounce of time or energy to just stick your bloody hand up to give thanks!! Makes me want to go after the person and give them a gob full!! What is wrong with people nowadays? Is it just me or have people become more ignorant, rude and extremely selfish on the road as well? It's a really good thing I don't have road rage and just let things like this go over my head when it happens!!
  11. Thought today that John travolta was dead but realised I had him confused with patric swayzee! Whoops
  12. I am in the worst financial state I've ever been in right now, having a 10 week old baby, maternity pay and bills! But I have never been happier. My baby girl makes me realise the small things in life are what matter. I don't watch the news and I don't concern myself with what's going on in the world. Some people may think that's crazy (my sister included) but why get myself all worked up and concerned about what's going to happen and what I really have no control over. Just take every day as it comes and make sure I keep a smile on mine and mainly my baby girls face
  13. Thanks. I've tried both, hungry and not, different temps of milk, expressed milk and formula, getting her dad to feed her instead of me. She just won't seem to accept it! I've not tried her with water though so il give it a bash. Thanks
  14. My baby girl is 10 weeks old and I am breast feeding. I return to work in January so am practicing bottle feeding to get her used to it. I bought closer to nature bottles and have tried her with them for a few weeks but all she does is scream and gets herself all worked up. I bought the 'Breastflow' bottles which had great ratings and are supposed to be the most like the breast, but same again, heartbroken screams! I can't afford to keep buying different bottles that probably also won't work. Has anyone been in the same position who can recommend a solution?
