not sure but they have all died and it is nothing to do with the time of year it is

my adjoining neighbour has poisened all the blackberry barmbles netween our allotments ,he is fully aware that i pick these as he has seen me do thsi every year since i have had the allotment, the frightening thing is he has also seen my grandson eat the blackberrys staright from the bush , is he allowed to do things like this with them adjoining both plots
