Hi, i have come ccross this via a neighbour. i have a 14 month old staffie bitch and a 20 week old staffie dog. Would i qualify for free vouchers for neutering? I am claiming working and child tax credit, but can't use the PDSA as I am not unemployed, but would like both dogs to be neutered as soon as possible. I think i have to wait until the little one is 6 months old. is this correct?
