You want to be able to stop people from pointing their CCTV on public streets too? I cant see that happening. What about people who park their cars on the road outside their house and need CCTV to cover it? They wont be able to help the fact its pointing at a public street but i doubt very much they are invading anyones privacy. Just protecting whats theirs. I agree with not being allowed to point it directly into peoples propery though.
