I have cleared the shelves from my local hillsborough branch and still 11 short! visited both the meadowhall retail branch and the rotherham retail branch but they are sold out too!!:help: they are the ones like in this pic although can be with any of the halloween patterns http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Halloween-buckets-/251356792945?pt=UK_Health_Beauty_Make_Up_Cosmetics_Foundation_PP&hash=item3a86084871

  4. I too have a rediculous number of spiders in my house ranging in differents sizes small, large, fat, thin, long legs, short legs all of which are equally disgusting and terrify the life out of me! I'm actually booked in to see the docs this week as they are giving me severe night terrors to the point im waking up in the middle of the night in fits of panic hyperventolating and palpatations and pulling the covers off the bed convincing myself iv felt a spider crawl on me in my sleep! It's got to the point the other half is getting woken up by me and he's going to work knackered because of my rediculous fear! (I NEED THIS NO MORE SPIDERS SPRAY IN MY LIFE VERY SOON!!!)
  5. Police are now doing door to door enquiries, just had an officer at my door. The Star is saying it is now a murder enquiry however the officer i just spoke to said they are investigating as they are still unsure if it was accidental or malicious. When i asked if his body was found on the footpath he informed me it was in an open space however was hard to be seen because of the long grass! Maybe if the long grass was tended to then this poor man's life may have been found earlier and maybe helped! It seems more likely we may never find out what actually happened.
  6. holgate end opposite the park it's taped off between the fields
  7. It was only this time last year someone was raped in that very same spot, i wouldn't dare walk along there on my own it's eery, secluded and a haven for drunks at night time. Call me paranoid but you can never be too careful.
  8. Anyone any idea of what's going off/ gone off at Parson Cross 'Tongue gutter'? Lot's of police and it's all taped off. It was only last week i was suggesting to my partner that the council should be cutting the long grass around that area of the public footpath as it provided the perfect hiding space for criminals. Hope it's nothing too serious!
  9. She's doing great thanks, a CT scan confirmed there was no internal bleed on the brain (great news) but has a nasty scull deep puncture wound to the forehead. The work they do at that place is truly amazing and i don't think they get enough praise for what they actually do.
  10. A huge thank you to Sheffield Childrens Hospital A&E staff including the receptionists who dealt with my daughter late last night after a (could have been fatal) head injury and then had to deal with me fainting in and amongst treating all the other poorly children. You were amazing and i cannot tell you just how greatful i am for what you did!!!!
  11. The answer to your question is here.... i did answer it! My sons father was adopted and was never told until later in life meaning my son actually has the surname of a family he has no blood relation to. Personally i don't think his father would give a flying monkeys what i changed his name to as long as i didn't ask for a penny towards his upbringing which i don't! It's a complete shame im not allowed to name his father on here or you could go personally find him and deliver the news yourself as i have exhausted all my sources and cannot find him. Thanks for the advice on the citizens advice though as i didn't realise they dealt with anything other than debt
  12. I cannot tell him because he is absent and has been for the past 6 years i have no way of contacting him! If you are not going to help with my passport question then why comment?
  13. Actually it is not a get at the father as he would not know about it as he is ABSENT! My sons father was adopted and was never told until later in life meaning my son actually has the surname of a family he has no blood relation to. I cannot obtain a court order as i have no forwarding address to sent the court letters to as he decided to produce 3 other children with 3 other women who he also does not see/support and they have tried to take him to the CSA who also cannot find him (maybe he's reverted back to his birth name, who knows?) i only found out about the other children he'd had after one of their mothers contacted me on facebook to ask if id seen him after he turned up at her house beat her up and trashed the house and the police could not find him either. I would like my child to have the surname of the family he has blood relations to, is that a crime?
  14. Hi im currently applying via deed poll to change my childs name to remove his absent fathers surname, On the passport website it says that a name change can be done to a childs passport if both people with PR consent. Obviously i don't have his fathers consent as he is absent and i cant trace him as he wont give me an address that he lives at because he doesnt want to pay child maintenance and has had no contact with my child for the past 6 years. Has anyone experienced this problem? or does anyone know if the passport office would refuse my child a passport and if so how i would go about this??
  15. I looked on the site it doesn't mention anything about it, it just says organ suitability will be checked at the point of donation although it seems very pointless in joining the register and taxpayers paying a surgeon to chop me to bits only for them to be refused at a later point.
  16. I'm currently sat watching the programme on itv about organ donations and the lack of heart donations, so i thought maybe it's time to look into joining the register. The problem is i received 8 blood transfusions back in 1988 after contracting meningitis and suffering renal failure which restricts me from giving blood. Does anyone know if this also restricts me from organ donation??? Seems it could be a real shame i may not be able to return the favour.
  17. You could also walk into any childrens centre they have health visitors there that can also refer you
  18. Is your child in a school/nursery? when my son started nursery at the age of 3 i spoke to the school nurse and she organised a hearing test for my son
  19. Thanks for your ideas, will take these on board. I was kind of not seeing any further than my local area but it seems as though from the posts that other people see a much wider radius as the community than i was thinking. Think i may take a trip to the library and take some photos and to the park etc. A map is a good idea i shall get him mapping out his journey to school (this shall be very interesting) to see if he could navigate his own way home considering he attends school in High Green and i live in S5. thanks again for the ideas
  20. Hi im after some ideas that i can do with my child for his homework project 'The Community'. Ideas must be suitable for a 7yr old child. So far i have taken him out in the local area and he's taken photos of some things like the post box,Telephone lines, Buses,Cars, Litter bins and wrote a little bit about why these are important in a community. We have also done a Scatter chart of people who help keep the community clean, safe and tidy and hes drawn little pictures of each of his examples like a police car, fire truck, crossing person etc I have now exhausted my ideas of what else to do with him, the more creative the better as he loves crafty things but anything you can suggest will help thanks Bizzy_Lizzy
  21. it actually says our blue bins have been out on the street... they have! (during acceptable working hours 7am-7pm) nowhere does it say they have been left out however it makes no difference at all they still had to be out on the street to be emptied! Problem solved now, it has been emptied just unfortunate for every other resident in the area as the now have gardens, paths and a road full of litter.
  22. How are we supposed to know when it's required to be there we have been bringing it in every night and putting it back out for a week:rolleyes:
  23. Furious our blue bins on the street have been out over a week! The wind has now blown over my bin along with some others emptying it's contents all over the road blowing about in the wind. The bin men are now not needed as the bins are emptied but seems we need a force of 12 litter pickers to pick up the tin lids, bottles, glass, plastic, newspapers and magazines that have been blown onto the road before they get lodged into someones car tyre!
  24. Funnily enough i attended school with roughly 300 students in my year alone, only 1 happened to get pregnant at 17 that was ME! I continued in my education and now have a respectable job working with medicines. I do not and have never claimed benefits eg unemployment, housing etc however i do get child benefit that goes straight into my childs trust fund and i do not spend a penny of it. I also do not receive tax credits as we earn too much so nobody bar me pays for my child. I did not get offered a flat or council house, i private rented paid fully by my wages not benefits and now im a home owner. Seems 'todays society' does not need tarring with the same brush!
  25. Doesn't look like it belongs to someone, sadly i think that its a christmas present someone has got bored withand kicked out! Iv been letting it in the house at night and feeding it and will be taking it to the vets tomorrow to see if it's micro chipped but i think my son has taken a shine to it so if it's not chipped i will probably end up keeping it. My other cat will have to learn to either get along with it or keep away
