  3. Yeah I called they said there's nothing really they can do and it's not been lost long enough to get a report number.
  4. Hi I have lost my purse near Hartley Brook shop's. I don't carry Money in it and have canceled my cards. I really would like it back though as in one of the small pocket's there's a micro sd card with pictures of my little boy on. This purse also has my ID in it. Just thought if anyone see's to hand it in please. It's a little Black leather one. Long shot I know. Thanks anyway.

  6. Thank's again for all your brilliant advice. I thought I'd give you all a update. My little one's sleeping load's better now. I cut down on his nap times and bought him a little bed that's low to the floor with built on bed side's. He really loves this bed. I give him some porridge a bath and cuddle's it's working a treat. I'm alot happier and the bag's under my eye's are disapearing. Thank's again.
  7. Hey thank's for all your useful advice it all help's. Anyway thought I'd give you all a update. He sleeping better now sometime he sleep's through but that's not very often but he's still in his cot. I tried turning his cot into a bed but he kept getting out. I've alsotried the keeping him busy idea too which does work to some point. I'm still tired from time to time but now I'm actually getting some sleep so it's a bit better. I'm trying the Porridge idea tonight and at the minute he's sound asleep in his cot. I'm off to bed soon too so finger's crossed tonight he may sleep through we'll see.
  8. Aww thank's everybody you've given me some brilliant idea's. I let him sleep with me last night. I must admit we had a better night he only woke once and I feel brighter this morning. Anyway I have a toddler bed and I've bought a guard so I'm gonna try that too. I feel happier now I have the bed guard as I can use it on mine too as I was worried he'd fall down the gap my bed don't go awlay up to the wall but with that sorted. I can let him sleep with me or use the Toddler bed. Thank's again it's true what they say a problem shared is a problem halved.x.
  9. Yeah I am actually off this weekend so I will try tire him out. He's not really into sugary drink's I don't worry about that so much but he's been a bit fussy with meal's that's one of the reasons why I thought he could still be hungrey. Thank's though I will be watching what I'm feeding him to see if this does make a difference.
  10. Hi I just wondered if anyone had any tip's to help me get my little boy comfortable with sleeping at night. He wake's about 3 or 4 time's a night and he's unsettled and moves around alot in his cot. This restlessness started when all the fireworks was about and he got scared. I had a difficult time getting him to sleep in his cot and on few times let him sleep with me. I eventually got him over that idea because I wanted him to sleep in the cot rarther than with me. The problem I have now though he just won't stay asleep. I've tried lot's of thing's. I've cut down on his daytime napping. I've made sure he's not hungrey or cold. I've give him a bath and lot's of cuddle's. He just won't settle. I know he's teething at the moment too so that's not helping. I give him the usual teething stuff to get him through all that but he just keeps waking up. I'm a single Mom and I work. I am so tired it's difficult not to get crabby and my Mom childmind's for me whilst I'm working so I don't really want to put on her so I can get some sleep too. If anyone could give me some other idea's I'd be greatful or should I just give in and let him sleep with me. I worry that if I do this he'll not want to sleep in his own bed at later age. What do you think?. Thank's anyway.
  11. Thank's Corbyn i'm from Sheffield 5. I'm really considering going to one we need to get out of these four wall. I read about Jellytot's and it's easy to get in town so if i don't find one locally we'll be visiting there.
  12. Thank you this is brilliant. We don't get much and i'm getting a little stir crazy. I'm also out of practice as my other child is a teenager so it's like i've started all over again.
  13. Thank you Zebra I'll go and have a look at them.
  14. Hi I just wondered what age would be best to go to a Baby/Toddler group?. My little man is 7mths but's he's still tiny due to low birth weight. The problem I have is we're on our own he's with me 24/7 with some family interaction when we go visiting or get visited. I go back to work soon and he's so used to being with just me. We're both getting a little bored too would love to meet some new mum's. He's also started noticing himself too in the mirror smiling at himself I think he'd love to see other Babies. I'm just worried if he's still too young or too small what does everyone think?. Also has anyone recommendation's of group's to go to?. Thank's.
  15. I just want to say how relieved i am for ringpulls. I've recently broken my right wrist and it's been difficult. My partner has been helping me with lots of things. He's gone out tonight and forgot to feed our dog:o. She's been sat in our kitchin looking at me with big brown eye's. I managed to get the lid off and after breaking up the meat poured it in her bowl she's happily munching. I am happy i managed to feed her just so glad i would never have coped with a tin opener. At least i still feed my dog. yippeee.
