why don't you try Bob Hague fantastic sensei he's been teaching Shotokan karate for almost forty years . just started teaching at westways primary school up crooks on a Monday at 7pm vistit his website at he has his own dojo as well just email him he also teaches on a Wednesday at 6.30 to 7.30 pm for beginner's then 7.30 to 9pm for a bit more advanced then Friday 7.30 to 9pm fantastic social club we have outings. night outs. Also squad training .cross training including life training and first aid training if that website link doesn't work type in Sheffield Shotokan karate club.

Sheffield Shotokan Karate Club have started a ladies only Karate class for beginners on Thursday evenings. My wife goes and says it brilliant. check it out on their website - if you want to go contact them as there are limited places.

yes it does state specific hours if your pass says on it all day you can use it all day on the route to school if it dont then you cant also when schools arnt at school then bus companies wont get paid for letting a free fare pass on

i drive buses on constable road its a bad road outside co op the entrance to the co op is the only place you can pull in but it is very short and has double yellow lines on it but there is allways a car parked on them so no chance of pulling in so just have to go for it . as for taxis driving in bus lanes that is what they should do and not park up and have there tea also bus stops are not for you to park in that is illegal bottom of the moor is not for taxis yet you drive down it and stop some turns what say buses only mean just that fitzhallam sqaure is a one way street yet taxis fly up the wrong way somebody will get run over then you will all pull together and then say he did not do that taxis park up outside co op in town they then park outside the courts on the bike lane on double yellows yet police still do not do anything

well done stop between stops eh so that person falls getting on bus whos to blame not stagecoach and not sypt but the driver who will get sacked and sued thats the reason as soon as a bus pulls away from a bus stop you cant get on

hi i started 8 months ago at sheffield shotokan karate club .i am 43 overweight, and wasnt fit. bob hague 6th dan not many of them about. makes you very welcome. his teaching is second to none.i now go to his club on carlton road on a wednesday night at seven.and he has his own dojo at his house .he teaches 1 to 1 or in a group .he is a true master .also very proffesional.tells not very funny jokes but makes great beer .give him ago once you start you will not leave
