the best tree software i found and used, and still using is from MY HERITAGE.COM,download the free software only, its by far the best looking and easy to use, plus you get to save and print loads of free reports and books, i am back as far as 1647, surely some of us who have subscriptions to FMP or ANCESTRY can start this ladt off with a little free help, if she PMs me i will do her some searches from my FMP sub

hi everyone, while doing some family research i may have discovered that a relative of mine was a teacher at stannington c of e school in 1913 and also a teacher at midhope stones school penistone 1916 and also at victoria street boys school, south bank 1919-1920, a long time ago so i dont expect much of a reply about this just high hopes, but can anyone supply any info please, or if anyone is a regular visitor to sheffield archives any chance they can have a look please, his name was william edward pagdin. thankyou

i have a freind in america, who has asked if i can find out about a person he is researching, he has a sketch book of drawings done by AE COOPER, he was a silversmith in yorkshire(apparently) 1880 to 1935, i cannot find anything on the web using the name AE COOPER SILVERSMITH 1880, YORKSHIRE. A bit of a shot in the dark this but, my freind is trying to find info about his mother who was in a home in sheffield which he thinks was fulwood, he did not find out until she passed away, and is not sure about fulwood, so i said i would ask if anyone knows of her in the thread on this forum "FULWOOD". HER NAME WAS ALICE BEGGARE.

i put my pc on windows 7 but pc to slow on it how do i put it back on xp with disk use it wont read disk or reboot but it reads over disks help asap !!!!!
