The speech therapists will refer your little one for the hearing test. My little one has just had grommets fitted. It is roughly 1 1/2 since having two year review which prompted talking toddlers referal and therefore hearing test. They are a great team!

Sheffield council provide and fit key locks, for a charge. It is the same office that organise city wide alarms, if you mum, or anyone's vulnerable family and friends, do not have a city wide alarm please look into getting one. They save lives! If a fit and health person falls they can easily get up of the floor, but if pan elderly/less able bodied person falls they cannot, particularly if they sustain an injury. https://www.sheffield.gov.uk/caresupport/adult/our-services/citywidealarm.html

If you don't think such clocks are suitable for YOUR family/little ones then no one is for a second suggesting you go and start using one. -

I have had a quote of £900 for grinding out and repointing of a mid-terrace house, just one side. Is this a reasonable quote?

What about making mini photo album/scrap book for family members? Join photobox online and you get 40 free photos, you just need to pay for p&p. you can also put in hand prints etc and make little comments on photos etc. I made one for my mum using a smallish photo album (12x12" at a guess) with whole sticky pages, and I cut out flowers etc from some nice wrapping paper. It was by far the best present because it was so personal. Salt dough foot and hand prints also work really well.

If blogging is not your thing then perfectly ok, but for lots of people it is. I am sure many people would not dream of commenting on a public forum either..... But they don't really have a right to make personal and offensive comments about the people that do use public forums (like you)

I have just taken on a plot at roscoe bank, now I just need to work out what needs to be done, when and how to plant things etc. Can anyone recommend a good allotment book please. One that will suit a beginner but also be useful as I get going with this gardening project! I really only want to buy one book, and if I go onto amazon and start browsing now without recommendations I will end up buying loads. So if you can reccomend any I would be extremely greatful!
