Hi i have loads of old mini dv tapes i cannot watch as my camcorder is old and broken and wondered if anyone on here can recommend someone in sheffield that can convert them for me onto something like a flash drive so i can watch/edit on pc?? Seen lots online you can post them off to but they have my wedding and first baby films on so too precious to trust royal mail with Thanks

glad to see a police van rolling by just now. i was worried about leaving the house empty but after reading these updated posts today i'm worried now that i'm in with the kids! as a teenager i was in the house alone as someone tried to break in through the patio. i banged on the window and made him jump and fortunately he ran off leaving something he'd been carrying around with his fingerprints on and they got him. lets hope they catch this one/these soon!!

Hi We are looking for a dog sitter to look after our lab aged 11 and Cocker age 9 while we have a weekend away. Hi thanks for replying. No he hasn't a statement and got his place in nursery via a panal. Portage sorted all this for me but now i feel a bit stranded in who to ask and where to go.i will ask at nursery for more guidance from them and see what they say. i've always found it hard to get an opinion on where he should go with nursery and now having to think about school when he's not even three and a half is a bit mad!thanks again

I'm looking to complete my sons registration for sept next year but its so hard to know which schools to look at as none tell you how they help kids with special needs. i've rang one today someone recommended but found out their resource is for children with autism specifically and not available till age 7. They are being very helpful and i'm going to see how well their school works in general with special needs children. just wondered if anyone here has any recommendations for schools they've found to be great in wanting to help your child. He was extremely prem with first couple years mostly in hospital poorly so only started developing around hs 2nd birthday. He is 02 dependent and cannot speak...learnng makaton and currently at special needs nursery. thanks!!

For anyone who did and would like to help Bliss, the charity for babies born too soon, too small, too sick My husband Scott is taking part in the Great North Swim this Friday in aid of the great work they do. Our little boy was born at 25 weeks and spent 151 days on the Jessop Wing. He is now nearly three and very well thanks to the care he has received. I am now very proud to be part of the support team linked with Bliss as a parent representative and support families on the unit and at group meetings when their baby finally comes home. Hi I would def recommend Keithspartymagic. He entertained 50 kids at my daughters 6thbirthday party recently and did a fantastic job.
