Hello i have bidded on a house and i was in que position 1 the houses came off yesterday. I have checked today on the property shop website and it says ' SKIPPED bypass ha due to ha for other reasons' can anyone explain what this means? Thanks

Hi I'm currently bidding on flats, I've got 5 year waiting time, but the flats that I've seen are listed as "housing register" ? Does that not mean for people down as "homeless" with priority? If that's right how come it says I'm eligable for it? It says I'm 7th in que. Thanks
