  1. Hello again, OK so at least I have some feed back, it;s the first time I have done this. So the science bit is cleared, I must admit I didn't know the figures. What I do know, is the government rewards owners of LPG vehicles registered after 2001 only, if you car are van that nwas registered before that, tough! All I am saying if owners of newer vehicle can be rewarded, then why not older ones? After all a new car may only last 10-15 years after which it's added land fill, greenhouse gasses etc. My camper was built in 1989, and will last at least another 10 years with my care. Yes free parking for £10.00 a year! Great try getting a 9ft high camper into an 8ft high multistory car park, we never park in town anyway always walk. You must understand, we do a lot for the enviroment, always walk or bus when we can, group destinations together into one trip if not. We also have solar, wind power, rain water harvesting for wc's and washing and are investing in a new gas boiler, that as a byproduct generates electricity. All we ask is for our efforts to be recognized. Finally, please forgive spelling mistakes e.g "cheeted" there are more important things, such as fairness! Tuppies Friend
  2. No not in this case! Doesn't matter if you keep an older vehicle from the scrap heap, cheaper road fund license stops at 2001.
  3. Hi there, Is there anyone would like to join me in trying to stop the nonsense, of being charged full road fund license for lpg powered vehicles pre 2001 ?. Why should we pay the same as for more polluting petrol or diesel powered vehicles? Tuppies freind
