  9. Hi, sorry I havent logged onto this site for a while. Theres also CTC cycling group which Im thinking of joining on for a ride so maybe we could meet on one of the them sometime.
  10. Your hardly even eating anything and your body will be hanging onto what little food you give it. You must feel hungry A LOT! A stone sounds like a lot if its crept on over just a few weeks, dont think I could do that eating a Mc D's everyday. Those sugars in your tea will def effect your mood, after the sugar rush dies off you'll feel lethargic and crave more of it. Eat breakfast cuz your body needs it after the long sleep with no food, add some bread into your dinner and your metabolism will improve. Good luck

Hi Dusky, I have been biking in the peaks fairly regular for about a year now with a few friends so Im not a beginner, I'd like to meet a few girls to with cuz Im sure there must be some female biker enthusiasts hiding somewhere ! lol I think if you go on a few rides you will be surprised how quickly your fitness increases if this is what you are worried about.
