  1. I don't know, I'm not a climatologist. Wouldn't make a huge difference in isolation.
  2. World equality would speed up climate change. If the Chinese were all farmers living in shacks we'd have a few more years to play with.
  3. That's just not accurate. We haven't had any particularly unseasonal weather justifies the amount of sewage that's been released. Lack of chemicals caused by brexit is a key reason you won't acknowledge because you're too afraid to do so. As for lack of upgrades to infrastructure - wasn't that a big selling point for privatisation under thatcher? The water companies have money - £58bn dished out to investors this year alone apparently - I'll find the link. And NI water is state owned, and still under invested despite that billion pound bribe they got from Theresa may.
  4. Why can't it be treated? We aren't getting unseasonal weather, we're just pumping **** into rivers.
  5. Call them out then. Name those establishments you've decided on minimal proof are taking part in tax evasion.
  6. Mick Jagger is on record in an interview in about 1996 that he wouldn't write brown sugar if he had his time again. Outside pressure? Inward reflection? Is he the same person as he was in the 60s? Is society? It's not coming off my Spotify playlist.
  7. Are there any EU countries who are struggling to get chemicals to clean sewage and/or dumping more raw sewage into their rivers than over a century ago? Oh and now we won't be recognising EU mineral water, only ours - laced with ****. And covid can last 22 days in sewage so spare a thought for our fishermen who have had such an easy time post brexit. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/notice-of-withdrawal-of-recognition-for-natural-mineral-water
  8. Are you demanding water companies stop pumping sewage into our rivers and sea? https://www.independent.co.uk/climate-change/brexit-raw-sewerage-water-treatment-b1915765.html
  9. You don't understand how much he NHS had its budget cut - particularly under Osborne , you don't understand how many of these immigrants you hate work for the NHS. You don't acknowledge how far we lag behind other countries in terms of hospital beds and doctors per head of population. And you don't even understand how kinnock wasn't prime minister and couldn't effect the NHS or anything else one bit - socialist or not.
  10. Of all your awful takes, I'd say that's top 3.
  11. Is there though? 83% of the good people.e of North East Derbyshire have had both jabs. And thats over 12 years of age if I've read it right. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-51768274 If you haven't had at least one jab by now, tough luck if you get it. However, that's not the whole story. Another of the people I converse with who have caught covid have had both jabs. None have been hospitalised, but then again an awful lot weren't hospitalised back in 2020. I know the vaccine vaccine reduces hospital admissions by alot but if it doesn't stop you catching it or spreading it, we're going to be stuck in this never ending cycle of restrictions.
  12. The government are talking about making border force officers immune from prosecution if a boat they ram sinks and people drown. Who Boris had round for turkey sandwiches and mince pies is small beer. https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2021/oct/13/uk-border-force-could-be-given-immunity-over-refugee-deaths
  13. You literally asked for the thread to be locked. I'm not whinging about a vote, I'm showing the consquences. As for having "still suffering the consequences of brexit" on my headstone, I hope we'd have worked through them by then, but then again I am an optimist. Stop running the country down.
  14. But if you triage someone over the phone, you can bring them in for an appointment. I don't to see a dr for an asthma review - and I'd bet a fair few drs appointments are wasted. Lazy doctors - in a pandemic. I've seen it all.
  15. Fair enough. I mean we're trying to pull out of a deal we have actually signed so not having signed one thats already no longer agreed is a step forward.
  16. Gut feeling is government lie, I think I recall statements to the press and photos, but I'd have to check.
  17. Its shocking, I mean what do newly rich, young working class black men know about racism? You tell them where they're going wrong!
  18. So you know that trade deal we signed with Australia? Turns out its not signed at all. https://www.politico.eu/article/australian-trade-minister-leaves-uk-with-no-deal/
  19. I was visiting my dad in his nursing home and a reindeer was brought in. Im not sure who was more confused, me or him.
  20. Correct. If you were to ask any doctor how their job has been over the last 18 months, I doubt they'd call it easy. Anyway, the health secretary is now going to SHAME doctors who don't see enough people face to face. Great. You know that long wait some of you have for appointments ? Its now going to get much, much longer.
