  1. If you are tired of practising alone, being drowned out by drum kit or listening to complaints from your neighbours then this might be the perfect remedy. I am trying to arrange having regular drumming sessions with other like minded percussionists/drummers. I picture these sessions has being a place to play and improvise various African and Cuban rhythms, as well as sharing ideas and tips on technique. This will probably mean having to hire a practise space. If you are interested then drop me a message.

  12. I see the original thread goes way back to 2007. Did this project ever get off the ground? I am a percussionist based in Sheffield and I have played with several bands and drumming groups in the past. I am interested and available if this Afro-Latin/Soul band still performs. Cheers Steve
