  11. Hi, I still have a few stalls left for hire. We have a good variety of stalls already but are still on the lookout for anyone with a unique product. If you're not selling, why not come along and see whats on offer.
  12. Thanks for your enquiry, the face painting has already been organised by the school's team, I will keep you in mind for the next fayre if you would like. Still looking for stall holders that sell food produce though. I need a baker and veg stall.
  13. The Star's problem is that it is no longer printed in Sheffield and therefore the number of editions was reduced to one (cost cutting I suppose). This now is available in the morning so has old news in it. Readers much preferred the late edition so news was current, it was then something worth reading after getting home from work.
  14. I've had a good price from the production company so definately going to put it to the centres committee tonight - watch this space. Incidentally there is a drama group who use stradbroke community centre, who run on a saturday, they were formed earlier this year for the kids in the community. They too may be putting a christmas performance together. Can't wait!!!!!
  15. I want to hire a production group to put on a pantomime in our community centre in December, for the community but am having a debate over whether we would have enough interest to sell 180 tickets at £4 for a child and £6 for an adult. I think it would considering I plan to open the bar and tuck shop on the night and that you can't always get tickets at the Lyceum or City hall which are also more expensive. What do you think, Good idea or Bad?
