  1. Thanks for these great images. I lived in Sheffield till last year, and was crying out for something like this. I was quite local to the Chesterfield one but still! Typical they make this one when I've gone! But it's great to see the images and progress! When were the last ones taken?
  2. I've just moved away from it after living there all my life. I Lived on Atlantic Road but have lived on Gresley Road for the past 27 years. Am sad to move away because i'll miss the people, and there are a lot of decent folk on that estate who have all been there a long time. It has problems like everywhere else, but overall is an OK place, as long as you get on with everyone and just act friendly enough
  3. I'm block C Row 5 seat 1 tomorrow. and Row 3 seat 1 on Tuesday So come find me if you want!
  4. Nice. You'll be easy to spot lol. Not quite.
  5. Niiiice, lol. Yeh, I want that down at the front atmosphere, and with it being the TV Tapings too, i'm just super happy I managed to do it! Nice one. What belts have you got? If I see you, i'll say hi?
  6. There's still some tickets I do believe
  7. I'm going to both! 5th row for Monday, 3rd row for Tuesday. The closest i've ever been at a WWE Show, so am quite excited
  8. I Dont think there are. Because we've got the TV Tapings, they don't usually do signings in the places they've got the tapings There's loads all over the rest of the country in the next few days, but I dont think we've got any
  9. Meadowhall's are been done on November 6th by Diversity, who won Britain's Got Talent this year. No idea about the city centre though?
  10. Any update on this or when it'll be open? Thanks
  11. The security didn't do that much generally all night, apparantly. And yeh the plan was for 500 floorseats. The actual capacity of the venue was about 3000. And yeh I struggled to hear what Bret Hart said, and I was right next to him!
  12. I was photo'ing this event at ringside. It was a good atmosphere down there, and only once did I nearly get landed on. So I didn't do too badly. The venue was huge, a bit too huge in my opinion as even when we'd set 500 odd floor seats out, there still didn't look that many. But the fans round the ring certainly seemed to enjoy it. Bret Hart was quietly spoken all day really, but quite a nice bloke also.
  13. Thanks very much for the advice, everyone. I realise that whatever happens, it's a double edged sword, you know? I'm going to have people happy for me if I stay, and no doubt people on here baffled and angry if I stay too. Yes, I'm not small minded enough not to see that families are waiting for homes, and the underoccupation etc etc. But at the same time, like most other people would be, I'm thinking of myself. Someone put up a good point about starting a family or having other people live with me, which is a distinct possibility. I definitely do have emotional attatchment to this place, it's the only home i've ever known and if there's any way at all I can stay in it, then I want to do that. I'd like to think i'm not being unfair or unreasonable requesting that, you know? I'm not nearly close to even starting to grieve for losing my dad just last week, so being forced out of my home right now is the last thing I need. For those wondering, the disability is a sight one, and yes, the house has had small adaptations made to accomodate that (my dad had the same problem as me) Once again, thanks for the support and all the opinions.
