I think it's a case of it being empty, therefore it's empty. I used to go abit, ok I think the bar looks lovely but it's not that great. It certainly is MILES away. You can hardly go for a drink down west street and then WALK all the walk accross town on the odd chance that sola is busy. It's miles away. Such a nice bar, but such a poor location. I went the other day, I've been before, and it look me ages to find it :/ I imagine other people give up. Plus, on a saturday night, I want somewhere with alittle more buzz than 8 people..

OK I've been wanting to say this for ages now, but HOOK please shut the hell up about the time you worked at crystal. I know which member of staff you are, who you were friends with at crystal, and you worked there for about a month. You have 0% credentials. Number two, I've seen every SINGLE flyer crystal has ever had. It has never quoted ANYTHING different for corona, nor is there two buttons on the till EVER for corona. AND THREE, a student night isn't going to have ALL of the 600 spirits on offer CHEAPER. imagine listening 600 new prices for 25ml and 50ml... waste of time. plus students don't even want that. if you came in and bought 5 corona ON A STUDENT night then yes you deserve to be charged 20 quid. Shut the hellll up! Student night is student prices on a wide range of select stuff. wines, vodka, beers... i'm sorry if taboo wasn't on offer for you. and four, you probably work in wetherspoons. stop posting on the crystal thread like you know anything more than how to push up on your optics.

I think Crystal is the best bar in Sheffield. I also think that some of the male bar staff are extremely handsome and underpaid.
