The news concerning the M62 minibus crash in which a girl died now tells us the minibus driver was running illegal vehicles and for years was not insuring his vehicles not to mention lack of service records,which leads me to think who is checking who?.In 25 years of driving only 3 policemen have ever asked to see my badge.

We did that years ago with no positive results from the council.they always claim it's too difficult.Enforcement is a joke.if a serious incident happens then all the authorities will be the first to claim that they are doing everything in their power to stop bogus cabbie's when in actual fact they can't be bothered!

Seem to be plenty of hacks working for private hire companies picking up flag downs during tramlines and every other weekend,acting totally illegally.Absolutely no enforcement by our beloved Sheffield city council!. With halfords if you go on line you can order the tyres for next day delivery to a halfords autocentre who will fit them the same day at a better price than if you just turned up at the garage.I found them the cheapest for decent tyres.
