yes they sent me that form to fill outand i did and sent it back, and oh i didnt realise it took a few days have to keep checking it, i got one back last week but the link onllasts 3days and i didnt check my emails so i had to reaply for it. hopfully that will work!!

yes facebook suggested it could be a phising scam, how do i stop it from happening again becuase if its going to keep happening im not sure thre is any point in keeping my account open as its casuing a lot of hassle between me and my friends, and also. i could really do with my hotmail back!
