It is clos to some very pretty places without being too far from the city cenre and other amenities. I would have thought houses round there would retain their value better than other areas too, though I'm not sure as it is hard to tell with the housing market at the moment!

Walkley is great for local amenities, it is close to Rivilin and other pretty areas and very conveneint for town etc
