I was told by Blundells the other day that they undervalue to get the interest, and others value above so there is some difference in the valuations. Blundells hope for a bidding war to drive the price up once the interest is there. Though saying that there is a property we have been interested in which was way overvalued in our opinion (£10K) but someone has offered £2K under the asking price so we are now out. It is just not worth it. Though this was not with Blundells, it was Bloor &Co. As it is said it's only worth what people are prepared to offer for it, and you can compare prices now, and i think may find they are driven down when the surveyor comes in and says what it is actually worth.

She is basically a CHAV. I wonder if her famous foootballer relative backs her when she comes out??? Or just disowns her?? And was she voted for this time because it was a fake eviction or do people really want her out??

They might get more veiwers altogether if they stopped doing the silent thing. It really annoys me. How are you suppossed to get to know what is going on if there is no sound. I don't watch it to lip read, i put it on when i go to bed and can't be doing with it and have been turning it off. And most models are not interesting men, get some real men in, or even real people. And get rid of gobby Charley, (though i am coming round to her a bit, but i do only watch about 5mins a day), and stop hiding Brian's stiffies (quite amusing he has no control whatsoever). Maybe if they gave them more to do, tasks or practical things to do they would be a bit more energetic. Give them some cards or board games at least. How do you sum up energy/enthusiasm when your bored all day, you can't even read a book or listen to music. Has anyone found the washing machine yet???

I go to The Hair centre on Crookes, it cost around £10. Though i have to say i wash it myself before as the basin things give me a cricked neck, and i never have it dried as i like to wash all the bits out of it when i get home, though i do get the offer of having it dried. My hair is very thick and it does take her quite while to do and she never comments on my natural white streaks either

Not everyone wants to push themselves as far as they can. Some people want to have a bit of a life as well. Unfortunately many are now having to push as far as they can to just get on the market.

OK so i have now qualified as an Holistic therapist and am looking to start a business but my stumbling block is what to call myself. I am doing body massage, aromatherapy body massage, reflexology, indian head massage and reiki. And i have to say the name hand relief given by my friend seems perfect except i could never ever use it and be taken seriously. And one got any ideas?? I dont like serendipity or owt naff like that. Just a good straight name, that gets me picked out. I know you guys will do much better than me at it.

Charley - arrrrgggghhh. She nominated him for being a pain and playing too many pranks and is now wandering the house crying on everyone saying waht a nice guy seany was and how she loved his pranks. Why didnt he hold her under when he pushed her in just to save us all.

I have notice recently that the twins are not as stupid as they make out, one of them is always watching quite intently at what is going on when something is going off, whether it is the same one or not because i can't tell them apart yet.

Has it got worse??? I would think that if it is worse or not got any better then i would go back to your docs. If you have been taking your medication and resting with it elevated like you are supposessed to it should be showing some sign of improvement by now. Mmmm i got the impression that Sauny really didn't like Gerry. Think this could be an interesting relationship. I can also see Gerry being as girly as the girls and being very annoying very quickly but i also have to say i didn't really like Sauny at all either.

I had it last Easter, and like you didn't know what it was. I went to the walk in centre cos i thought it might be a blood clot at first, was told cellulitus and given antibiotics. It got worse and ended up at A&E early next morning and given more and more antibiotics. It did take some time to go and yes it does hurt but there was no wound for me to have got it from i think it came from standing leaning on ladders while painting. Hope you feel better soon.

looks from the site like thay have all had a couse of a meal with him. 11 courses for him ( and he has to eat all) and one course each for the girls. Mind you he looks like a man that needs meat on his bones.

How did she know she was gonna be the token oldie?? And Carole is 53 (though seems a lot younger). I have to say that at 36 i would not want to be surrounded by all those young girlies and they are girlies, (the average is about 20) i would want to leave as well if i hadn't already killed any of them, i would def want to leave by now. They do usually put a bit more of a mix in.
