Hello My puppy is insured with john lewis. When I took the policy they said they pay the vet direct, which is the main reason I went with them. However I didn't think to contact my vet and check. My vet as now informed me that they only accept direct payment from petplan. They also won't accept payment in installments. Should my dog ever require treatment that was more than my £80 excess I wouldn't be in a position to pay. Are there any vets that accept direct payment from john lewis or allow payment in installments ? Any advice would be greatly accepted.

wharf aquatics is the only shop I'll buy from. Wayne and all the staff there are incredibly knowledgeable and care a great deal about there live stock. So much so he'll talk you out of purchasing any fish that are incompatible. Unlike other places that just see the £ signs.

As you probably now know its the females that get the red/orange patches. The males are also noticeably larger. How are they getting on ?

Are you using the correct amount of water conditioner ? Have you checked your water parameters ? Are there any signs of illness ? All the fish you have are suitable for community aquarium. I honestly don't think that 1 of your fish is taking them down. As already mentioned any dead fish will be eaten by the others. As soon as you notice a fish missing you need to find any remains (if there is any) and remove them, as this will pollute your water. How often do you clean them out and what percentage of water do you take ?
