  1. Hinde House school on Mondays and Thursdays. Ecco gymnastics, run by Bev Wilkinson. Couple of boys in the Monday class. Don't know if that is your end of Sheffield or local enough. PM me if you want her number or more details. Cheers Jim
  2. Shurrup! are available for that night. Excellent covers band. My mate is bass player, just checked with him and they are available. He says their contact is Adrian Taylor (aka Hector). Will pm you his mobile number. Best of luck with the search Jim
  3. Shurrup! are available for that night. Excellent covers band, especially the genre you've mentioned. My mate is bass player, just checked with him and they are available. He says their contact is Adrian Taylor (aka Hector). Will pm you his mobile number. Best of luck with the search Jim:thumbsup:
  4. Think I saw that was clearing out all stock, so you might get a bargain. Jim:thumbsup:
  5. Depends on what type of door/frame. If that is just supplied or if it is fitted? I bought my door and frame recently for £250 off of Ebay (new and delivered) and cost me a £150 more for fitting. So cheaper options out there. I can let you have the guys number who fitted mine if you want it. Jim
  6. Tracys dress shop at Ecclesfield. She will tackle anything Jim
  7. Fitted an exhaust for me, had to have it back twice before it was completely fixed. That said, they were honest enough to admit what was wrong and no problems in correcting the faults. What about Thorncliffe garage? Always use them for MOT/Service. (Shame they don't do exhausts!) Jim
  8. There is a set just down from the Jet garage and a further set as you approach Tankersley roundabout. You are correct about Howbrook though. Must be one of, if not, the worst junction in South Yorkshire.
  9. Tracys dress shop and repairs opposite Ecclesfield Church. Lovely local shop
  10. Dragging this thread back up as things have moved on in 2 and a bit years, looking for some similar to these...... http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/290823918232?var=590091054977&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649 But would rather buy in Sheffield area than off of Ebay. Any recent suggestions appreciated Cheers Jim
  11. Depends where you are living in Sheffield. One thing.....don't go to Barnsley....unless you've had your jabs recently!
  12. No sorry, the guy singing is quite quiet. Heard it a few times on tele as backing music, for example on the Superstars, been doing my head in for 6 months. I know it's vague but felt sure SF would throw up some suggestions.
  13. Not been able to find it on iplayer or I would posted a link to the relevant bit. Cheers though
  14. Cheers Truman, but not one can hum with it being an upbeat dance track.
  15. Ok- not a lot to go on, so any help really appreciated. This is a dance/club track, very much Ibiza style. First heard it around 9 months ago if not before. Very upbeat, almost euphoric sound, a bit similar to Insomnia. Has a guy singing, sounds similar to Example, but pretty sure it isn't Example and also a persistent whiney guitar in tha background. It was recently on the BBC Superstars 2012, right at the end as they announced the results. As you can gather, been annoying me like mad and sorry not too much to go on, but fingers crossed. Cheers Jim:thumbsup:
  16. Was she parked in the end bay near to the Oasis/cinema entrance? Looked like a council warden and ticket to me.......
  17. A big well done to three young Sheffield lads (and one from Lancashire!) on being chosen to play Nathan in the upcoming stage version of the Full Monty. Good to see Sheffield can still produce great local acting talent! http://www.thestar.co.uk/community/the-diary/the-new-monty-1-5234294 Jim
  18. PB- Personal Best! If she's an avid jogger, then odds are she'll do the same route some time soon. Just keep your eyes peeled or better still make sure the pavement has a good "covering" ready for her to step in!
  19. Well thanks for the leads so far, one of which looks really promising. As we are giving them away, then obviously cost is a factor, but I'd say 5 pieces of Cadburys for under a quid was a good deal. I wouldn't class Cadbury's as cheap? Not the greatest, but I'd appreciate it if someone gave it me as a cheap gift.
  20. Suggestions on where I can get 300 Christmas selection boxes in bulk for around £1 each. Obvioulsy prefer locally. Cheers
