yes that's true Redstripe. I also believe they are part of our spiritual analysis and waste disposal unit helping us get rid of things, work through things and come to terms with things. Some dreams can be immensely satisfying for the soul, like having a good workout.

But they are not "only dreams". They serve a purpose and are essential to our welbeing.
