I drove towards hilsborough, then did my independent driving following signs for Barnsley then Ecclesfield. So I went up Penistone rd, then up Halifax rd, then drove around parsons cross/Southey green area did my manouvre and went back to test centre. What route did u do?

Actually I am female and I passed my test with no minor faults at all also, I performed the reverse park manouvre and it was perfect

Hey good luck tomorro, I had a test last month but failed and my next one is this Tuesday. My examiner was really friendly and the test actually went fine I just made a stupid mistake on a roundabout, once you get started you'll be finejust stay focused and look ahead see whats going on, good luck!!

I have a driving test on Tuesday at middlewood, I'm just looking for any last minute tips, or any routes people have taken during the independent driving part of the test e.g follow signs for Rotherham ... Thanks

Has anyone took a test recently at Middlewood road? If you have can you remember the route you went and the independent driving route they asked you to do? Ive got a test soon and Im trying to get preperared for where they might ask me to go, Cheers

Hey, can anybody help me out with recommending a driving instructor? I live in S6 (hilsborough/walkley) and I have had rounghly 35 driving lessons. My current driving instructor, I feel he isnt teaching me to learn as well and as patiently as I would like, he can be quite harsh and sometimes it knocks my confidence, I have a test booked that is due in 2-3weeks, but I have a feeling im not going to very do well. If I do fail I am going to change instructors, so to get to the point, Can anybody recommend a good, patient driving instructor, reasonablely priced but not AA or BSM etc... Thankyou
