The term "hate crime" is just some fangled crap new Labour came out with; they're gone now, and so, eventually will all their loaded left wing phrases. Crime is just crime, if a white guy attacks a black guy it should be treated as an assault, not a "racially motivated" assault because that's irrelevant and makes no difference.

The council, like nearly everyone else, See's the Castle Market as a 1960's edifice that should have been pulled down decades ago; Really brings town down that place. A more modern market at the bottom of the moor is a great idea.
