Hi Just thought I would pop on here and let you know about a free event I am holding at my shop at Banner Cross. It will consist of: Pregnancy nutrition Q&A with smoothie demo and free samples. Free massage and reflexology taster sessions. Free baby bath bomb. Free studio fee at Fired Arts Craft Cafe for everyone who books a hand/foot print on pottery session plus 10% of plaster outprints that are booked on the day. So there will be plenty to see and do. Hi Does anyone know where I can buy 50ml bottle suitable to make reed diffusers?? I have been online but not sure which websites to trust and they all seem to be 100ml or larger. Any recommendations would be highly appreciated. Thanks

Hi I didn't actually end up going in the end. The dress came and it fit however, the lady I spoke to one the phone was very helpful and I phoned them on a Monday to have the dress altered for the Thursday and they said they could do it no problem. So with regards to their customer service and time scale I would recommend them. Hope that has helped a little

Hmmm. I am still thinking about it lol. Great to hear some good feedback though. When I went to have a look there was no mention of pay as you go?? I would have like to try it. Thought I might have had a follow up phone call from them to see how I was getting on. Might go and look again the beginning of next month. Thanks x

Hi Did you ever end up joining this gym. I went for a look around last week and thought it was good but couldn't make my mind up. I have never joined a gym before and I thought that 12 months was a big commitment without thinking it through but would be great to get advice from someone who has already joined. Thanks

Just to add I think it is great that you are taking the time a effort to train your dogs. As Fabcakes said there are so many owners out there that just don't care.

Just a point of view from the other side of things, would it be possible to train your dogs to come back using dog owners that are willing to let your gsd's go up to them. I only say this because I had 2 labs come up to mu dog and chase her and the owner had no control over them and now my dog has never been the same when I am out walking it really shook her up. The lady with the 2 labs had no control over them and I am not sure how i would feel if someone let 2 dogs chase my dog then walk in the other direction. Hope this makes sense.

I have just started doing bath bomb making parties which are fun and they get to take the bombs home. Fired arts next door to me is amazing though.

I know a couple of people that have been to this and have found it quite useful. I could be wrong but I think there is one next Friday at about 11am. There is a Facebook page for it so all the info should be on there.

I stock a couple of night creams all effective for different skin types. The Soaked to the Skin cream is by far the most popular but I am a fan of the baby skin balm as a nice thick cream. Not just for baby's bums

We found a cockerel a couple of months ago. We took it to an animal sanctuary and they said that it had probably been bred for fighting and escaped :-( Anyway they took him and he made friends with a battery hen they already had and they were both rehomed within days of getting there. So might be worth calling round the sanctuary's to see if they will take them and re home them for you as they will have better contacts and people passing through all the time. Just an idea.

I have my own skincare shop and I much prefer potential suppliers to come into the shop and talk to me face to face. With some samples to leave me to try or at least some example of what they do. Also markets and fairs are a good one to approach businesses. One of my stockists I met whilst doing a market but quite a few people came up for a chat.

Totally agree. I don't stock any products or ingredients that have been tested on animals. In my previous job I did work a little with uncaged. They are great at what they do.
