whats the point in moaning about it? if you had read your terms and conditions you would have known about it. And btw, they dont charge 75 quid for the wire, the 75 quid charge is call out charge, so if you wanted any other work done at the same time it would still cost the same price.

Thanks all, unfortunately, I have tried and im not even able to get into safe mode. The username administrator works for safe mode and all the other options, however, when I have clicked ok, it starts to load, then says saving data, logging out, then brings back up an empty login box for me to type the username and password in

Cayenne - No, I havent done anything to it, ive had the computer for ages, it just started doing this out of the blue, the cancel option is greyed out. esme - ill give that a try see if it lets me and ill report back

Any ideas? For some reason everytime I turn the computer on it loads up a windows login screen asking for a username and password, but the thing is I know for a fact that I havent set up a username or password for it, so now I cant get pass this screen to load up windows. Obviously im using a different computer to post this, but the other computer wont let me get anywhere without typing in this username and password. Is there some kind of default windows usernamd and password or something? I cant get round this no matter whether I try safe mode, debugging mode or what have you. Its Windows XP btw. Thanks
