Wondering if anyone has a Volvo V50 and if so have you had any radio problems with the setting. Approx 3 weeks ago the radio started playing up. The signal I get is only about 30% receiving. Now it is starting to really annoy me not having a radio to listen to. I am led to believe the radio is a difficult job to get to to check the aerial. But I would really like to attempt this. Does anyone have a guide or any methods of getting it to work. Lost without a radio. If anyone can offering any help I would really appreciate this . Thanks

Does anyone know who would perform this in sheffield and the costs involved. Would be for a 2.4i volvo v50 petrol. I know mainly folk do diesels but being petrol wondering if anyone does it for them. Need better fuel economy as not getting in just now. Can anyone help.

Obviously you haven't read the initial post? so take your illicit remark and crawl back under your keyboard. I wasn't parked illegally. I was working and had noticed people being ticketed. So before making wise cracks you should read the posts correct. amateur

the incident i am refering to happened at 22.30pm they were parked outside crystal. yes that area does say no parking after 8pm as it is a taxi rank. but the signs need to be clearer as i was caught on division street. paid from 5pm -8pm when i thought and assumed that was it but i didnt see the sign below saying it became a taxi rank after 8pm so the mistake is easy made. as i normally very aware of the rules. But these cretons were giving tickets out to everyone on the street Carver street. one side of road, the babylon side all ok. but the crystals side everyone got tickets. Not very fair clubs werent even open then. the street was dead. apart from parked cars that were at theatre.

It was terrible what they are doing just now. I am writing a letter to the council highlighting these facts. They clearly parked in an illegal manner but they werent interested in fixing it just give out the tickets.

So I was working other night in Sheffield. I see the parking police out and about giving tickets to drivers who are Illegally parked in taxi ranks after 8pm. But when i confront them and ask them the question. If they are handing tickets out to the cars and drivers why are they not passing a ticket to their own vehicle. To my surprise I was told to go away as it's their job. So they started taking pictures of the alleged offence. So I took a picture of the van they were in and the warden issuing the ticket. (I should say there van was parked in the very area they were issuing tickets about. parked for 38 mins in a contravening manner) "I will get the police to you" my answer em yea please do. The council seem to make up their own rules. 10pm at night and they must have given out at least 30 tickets. Yet when taxis are parked all over Sheffield blocking people getting in and out or parked on double yellow lines all day outside the forum they get away with no tickets. Sheffield certainly have double standards.

Can i just say, you have said already you have bad credit. Why would anyone risk giving you the 20K. it is a vicous circle bad credit no loans. good credit lots a loans. Instead of showing your desperation on here why not go to the banks or the creditors , but beware the more credit searches that are done is also a bad thing as well as it shows markers on your file. Why do you want to get a house if you have a hitory of bad debt. You will be playing with fire unless you are fully commited to it. Get some insurance etc. Hard times for everyone but you sound desperate.

Guys, many thanks for the replies till now. the 50 shades have been and gone. I have read them as well " always know your enemy" and thought they where **** poor. I understand the difficulty in getting stuff for a female , She has everything as i always spil her , but due to work i wont be in UK from 2 weeks time so will miss xmas so getting everything jow so she has something to open on the day. As much as buying a shelf or wheelie bin stickers may float your womans boats i think my wife would kick me right in the baws should i present her with them. I like the vouchers idea but she is that fussy she wont get round to using them. Picked up kindle today so setting that all up and pre load a load a books , but will go back to the drawing board. many thanks for all replies even the lame guy ones.
