Have you ever paid cash for a property, Cyclone? Or known someone who has? I would not be surprised if a lot of property sales are bought under terms without a mortgage, it would be interesting to know by how much, in light of the government review. Private agreements have been around since .... (I wonder...) Does anyone know how long Private Agreements on property/land have been around? Cyclone do you rent or own? I ask because, if you do and you work, why not move to home ownership? It's all to easy to accept what we are given! Why? There is another way, especially if your self employed or have saved something to put down...

Why not just own your home. Why rent if your in a stable job or self employed, own your home. Its easier now than ever before, we all need to think differently...!
