I have some bereavement forms to hand in/send to the job centre. The forms require me to provide proofs such as death/marriage/birth certificates, the forms state that these proofs can be verified in person which is my preferred method. Is it possible to ' call into ' the job centre to hand the forms in along with verification of proof or is an appointment necessary? Thanks
