Has anybody been ticketed on Willis Rd in Hillsborough and contested it? I parked just on wrong side of Clearway sign for few minutes. Should there be yellow lines or at least a sign stating what times enforcement is active.

What's wrong with picking it up with the bag, throwing the poo into the undergrowth then tie bag and put back in your pocket, you've carried the bag that far anyway. It's no extra weight.

I'm probably going over old ground with this. I spent yesterday morning walking around Wyming Brook out towards Redmires collecting left dog poo bags. I filled a carrier bag full. Am I missing something. Is it OK to leave them and I'm just being a bit pathetic. If you are one of the people who leave them I really would love to know the justification. The excuse of "I'm collecting it on the way back" doesn't wash I'm afraid.
