  4. More confident than I've been for many years. With Done & Brayford still to come back.Far too early yet though.Seen it all before.
  5. Compared to some of the cast on the Street,Ward was in the Laurence Olivier mould....
  6. Yes but he was laid out in that perfectly kept ginnel with no litter, dog c**p,leaves, moss on the walls or graffiti (apart from that drawn by Maddie). And Sarah Louise went from a quivering wreck to the calmest woman alive between ringing the police and knocking on Eileen's door.Tony couldn't describe anything about the 2 'heavies' even though one had three foot of dreadlocks.Apart from that it was another very realistic story line.
  7. Agree with some of the dire acting.Gail,Steve,Beth,Kirk,Tyrone, are just a few that should be struck off. As for 'Royston',he deserves his own show.Even if it's just for his Christmas jumpers.

  16. I cycle frequently and drive a car.I totally agree about SOME cyclists. The thing that irritates me most is cyclists riding 2 or more abreast in the countryside slowing everybody else down.
  17. On the same lines.I have been trying to find an annual I got for Xmas in the late '60's which had a story in it with animals eating their Xmas dinner at a long table.Been searching for 45 plus years to no avail.
  18. I know that. ---------- Post added 17-04-2015 at 12:35 ---------- The only road in Manchester where there are no parking restrictions.Where until the street was rebuilt a few months ago, there was no room for a vehicle to pass if another one was parked on the street.Where most residents have a car but must park it in the ginnel as they are rarely seen on the street.
  19. And never a mention of trying to track down his mum who went missing at Christmas.About the same time Fizz went.
