There's no need for a 'scene' in Sheffield, hence a city of its size only having 2 gay bars (OMG and Dempseys). I have always found most places to be accommodating to the gay community - especially Division Street. It's also Pride this Saturday.

This is the same city that forgot to give water to runners a few years ago...

It's not just the roads though is it ? It's people who signed up for the 10k but go to games and it's families who will be around the race and not want to get caught up in any possible trouble.
