The family who lived in the house in the fields were called Gregory I think?? I dont know them but every time i walk them fields with my mum she tells me where Gregorys house was Mums name was Adlington now Staniland

I went to both of these schools Rainbow Forge School nursery infant and junior (Birly Spa Lane) The head at the infant and junior at the time was the horrible Mrs Hincliff Some other teachers i remember (1983-1986) Miss King Miss Dawson Mrs Pagdon Miss Scott I then attended the juniors (1986-1989) The head was another evil woman Miss Crookes Some teachers I remember Mr Buck Miss Pyser Miss Belk Mr Atkinson Miss Farrol Anyone else remember any of these? I then moved up to Carter lodge were i spent the happiest years of my life (1989-1994) The youth club at dinner for a cheese tostie or down the chippy for a deano special.
