Hi, I'm looking to sell my house in S7? Does anybody have any recommendations and rough ideas of fee? I've had a valuation from Saxton Mee which was 0.89% + £250 to put it on the market but we put our name on their database for buying a house and haven't heard anything from them. Has anybody got any recent experience of Spencers?

Thanks for the replies. It does seem strange that the Millhouses one is significantly more expensive given it is smaller and the equipment isn't as good. Guess it's because it used to be Esporta? Although, I also presume it isn't as busy as Broadfield? I have considered other gyms and I'm sure there are some much better value. It's just that both Virgin gyms are within walking distance of my house. Thanks again.

Hi all, I just wondered if anyone knows the difference between the two Virgin Active gyms in Sheffield? Comparing them on the website, there isn't any difference in terms of facilities. However, the Millhouses one is £51 per month for 12 month contract and Broadfield is £43. I have searched the forum but can't find anything comparing the two. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for all the advice. Might give Plug a try, if its going to be busy. Not been there for ages and always used to be good. Eccy Road is great but wil probably just hit division street beforehand and see how things go. Dogs might be an option, I'll see what my mates think. By the way, where is Paris?

Not been out in a while and just wondered which places are good? Particularly late bars/clubs would be helpful. How busy do Plug/Leadmill/academy etc get these days? Any help much appreciated. (Getting too old for this!!!)
