  1. You are lucky pattricia when I phoned for appointment I was number 42 in the queue at 8.30
  2. If I get a call from anyone not on my call list I do not even pick up the phone if it's a genuine call they will always leave a message, on my mobile a message comes up suspected spam I dont answer just block caller, had 6 calls yesterday one after another all blocked.

  5. Is anyone else having problems with British Gas online Gas Account, been unable to log in for over a week just keeps saying they are having problems and try again later, Cant get through to customer services, and web chat useless.
  6. Can any nurse tell me what hours they are contracted for, if they are working full time (40 hrs.per week) if they work 12 hour shifts surely this is 3 and half days per week and over contracted hours is overtime

  8. Are you saying you don't believe me, if I was allowed I would name the dentist that I rang, like you I was surprised what the receptionist had just said and I have no reason to make stories up I was only trying to find a dentist like Anna

I have been trying to find a dentist for over a year I found one locally on NHS website saying they were taking patients, when I rang they said they were not I asked why they had just updated web site saying they were accepting patients and the exact words were Well we have to put that on for refugees.

I do monthly readings myself and wont have a ?smart meter, I had been trying to send the reading online all morning when I got the text, which I was dubious about,but later on I found out that British Gas had sent text messages due to web site crashing it was the text being from a mobile number that made me take extra notice

No I know they couldn't do much with my meter reading but I was wondering what they would want next, bank details? it wasn't the same type of text or email I receive from British Gas and was from a mobile number. When I was watching the news last night it said British Gas was contacting customers via text messages because site had crashed so panic over it was genuine but at the time I was unsure so didn't reply which I believe is this right thing to do

Had a text from 07786207664 this morning from"British Gas" asking for a meter reading, Didn't really understand it(being the wrong side of 80) asking to send reply with a Gas Meter reading in the following format G1234 or G12345, was does this mean I didnt reply. Just had another text asking me to reply to previous text. The second text just came through with no number just British Gas Team. Is this another scam

  20. Just received an out patients appointment for the Hallamshire and they say you need a negative test taken on the day of appointment is this a new thing? went to Northern a few weeks ago and didnt need a test,Has anybody been to the Hallamshire recently and had to take a test
  21. If I get a call not on my phone list I send it to answer machine, if they dont leave a message I then block the number, not had many for the last few weeks thank goodness
  22. Yes I still get messages about smart meters which I also got from Npower, I have told them many times I dont want one but they still keep pushing for me to have one installed. My friend had one and had so much trouble getting stupid bills, It's no problem for me to read my meters monthly and send reading onto them and then I know I am only paying for what I have used.
  23. I was with npower and was transferred to eon my first bill was exactly the same as it was with npower no difference in all charges, only difference with npower I used to pay every 3 months now it's paid monthly.
