Gone 8 days Fran, I"m on my yearly sabbatical... I was drinking every night and beginning to get a beer belly, so its back to the weights and dieting, take about 2months to get back to 32inch waist.. do it every year got records going back to 1993.. 2months pain, then go mad for 10months..no gain without pain, if it taste nice spit it out, if its not hurting its not working.
