No buses, no work. I had to walk home last year in the snow. 3 hours it took. Never again.

Actually, I've noticed this. It's safer when there is uncompacted snow OR it's completely cleared.

I'd suggest NOT clearing out the snow so people CAN'T go and panic buy ALL the bread from our local shop. Anyone would think it was a war we were in the midst of, not some snow weather. Is it realted to poeple fearing having to WALK to the shop instead of drive?

It's the same selfish thinking that a lot of people have today. They don't think what effect their actions have on others. I'm sure there are many other people who own quads and use them in safety. But now, because of a few people causing a nusense people will see ALL quad riders as a danger. Same with moter bike riders. Only takes a few doing stupid things to make people think ALL bikers are a nusense.

Oh dear. Not long after I rode down there. Must have been quite a big un to cause them to shut everything off.

Apparently a bus has hit someone. I just walked across Abbeydale at the bottom of Sheldon. \Where about is the accident? How much of the road is closed off?
